POWERBUILDING PLAN v2
This is a 12-week plan that’s been completely upgraded from the first iteration. The plan targeted towards individuals who desire to become the strongest version of themselves, while remaining as aesthetic as they possibly can. The plan consists of two 6 week splits with a deload in-between. The former focuses on a 3RM strength progression to build a baseline, while the latter focuses more on doubles and singles, with both including a range of optimal bodybuilding exercises to maximise muscle growth. Alongside the training plan, there will be a PDF attached with a clear guide on how to run the program, and unlike the first version, there are nutrition, recovery, RPE and lifting tutorials to help you grow in both strength and intellect in the sport of Powerlifting.
